1. General
1.1. All products sold on the Sentry Hill Winery website are sold subject to these terms and conditions. The Customer should ensure that they have read them thoroughly prior to purchasing any products.
1.2. "Customer" means you and all other persons who purchase the products under your Login.
2. Purchase Terms
2.1. When purchasing products on this website the customer confirms and acknowledges that they are over 18 years of age and are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. The customer warrants that they can produce sufficient evidence (e.g. New Zealand Drivers License or Passport) of that entitlement on request prior to or upon delivery of the product.
3. Price
3.1. Product prices are displayed in New Zealand currency only and are exclusive of GST.
3.2. A delivery fee which covers the costs of sending the customer's order by courier will be included in the total price at the time of purchase. Sentry Hill Winery is entitled to change this fee at any time and without prior notice.
3.3. Sentry Hill Winery may vary the prices of their products at any time without prior notice.
3.4. In the event that computer error results in a material misstatement of the Customer's order Sentry Hill Winery may require that the Customer pay Sentry Hill Winery the difference between the amount charged for the order and the correct amount payable.
4. Payment
4.1. The Customer shall make payment of each order by credit card or cheque. Sentry Hill Winery accepts credit card payments by Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Cheques are to be made out to Sentry Hill Winery. If paying by cheque, Sentry Hill Winery will send the order upon receipt of the cheque.
5. Product Range & Availability
5.1. All products are sold subject to their availability while stocks last. Sentry Hill Winery accepts no responsibility for its inability to supply products to the Customer where the product is unavailable or where stock has been exhausted.
5.2. Sentry Hill Winery reserves the right to limit quantities of the product.
6. Delivery
6.1. Sentry Hill Winery delivers to most locations within the North and South Islands of New Zealand. Sentry Hill Winery will endeavour to deliver the products to the specified delivery address in a timely manner. Sentry Hill Winery takes no responsibility for any failure to deliver, or delay in delivery caused by events outside of its control.
6.2. Property and risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery to the Customer's delivery address.
6.3. Nothing in these terms and conditions entitles the Customer to refuse to take delivery or return the products as being surplus to their needs or for any other reason other than those agreed herein.
6.4. Sentry Hill Winery reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Products to the Customer for any reason whatsoever.
6.5. Advice regarding order shortages or damage in transit must be given to Sentry Hill Winery no later than five days after receipt of products.
7. Order Variations/Cancellations/Returns
7.1. The Customer may vary or cancel the order up to the point in time that Sentry Hill Winery has packed the order by contacting the Sentry Hill Winery office on +64 6 752 0778. Should the order have left the Sentry Hill Winery warehouse already, Sentry Hill Winery agrees to refund the cost of product but not freight charges already incurred.
7.2. If for any reason, the Customer is dissatisfied with their order, they must contact Sentry Hill Winery within 7 days of receipt of the order on +64 6 752 0778 for assistance.
8. Use of Customers Information
8.1. The Customers use of this website will generate certain information that will be recorded electronically by Sentry Hill Winery. Sentry Hill Winery will also record the Customer's contact details, credit information and any related personal details that the Customer supplies.
8.2. The Customer acknowledges that Sentry Hill Winery' employees may use the information identified in the previous clause for purposes connected with the supply of services to the Customer. Such services include administration of the Customer's order or account on the website and keeping the Customer up to date with new offers at Sentry Hill Winery.
Sentry Hill Winery agrees not to disclose any of the Customer's personal information without the Customer's consent.
8.3. The Customer may at any time make a written request to see any personal information that Sentry Hill Winery holds or to ask to correct any mistakes in that information.
8.4. The Customer may at any time request that Sentry Hill Winery remove their details from the database.
9. Consent To Receipt Of Electronic Messages
9.1. The Customer acknowledges that by agreeing to receive promotional material they expressly consent to their inclusion in Sentry Hill Winery's direct marketing database and accept that they may, as a result, receive electronic communications and promotional communications from Sentry Hill Winery. The Customer has the right to ask Sentry Hill Winery at any time to stop sending online communications and promotional offers to them.
10. Security Of Information
10.1. Sentry Hill Winery shall use its best efforts to prevent any unauthorised entry into the Sentry Hill Winery website. However Sentry Hill Winery shall not be liable for any damage or loss whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access to the site.
10.2. The Customer is obligated to keep their login and password details safe and confidential at all times.
11. Jurisdiction / Disputes
11.1. This website is provided for use by New Zealand residents. Sentry Hill Winery makes no representations that the website complies with the laws of any country outside of New Zealand.
11.2. These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand law and any legal action against Sentry Hill Winery must be taken in a Court in New Zealand.
11.3. The Customer agrees that in the event of any legal dispute relating to these terms and conditions the parties will attempt to settle matters by way of mediation at first instance.

12.1. All imagery, photos, logos and text content within this website is owned by Sentry Hill Winery and cannot be used or replicated without written permission from Sentry Hill Winery.
